What this search covers

Everything SoilTune publishes sits in one index: 29 guides, all 8 calculators, the plant pH database and the site's own pages. Queries match against titles and summaries — guide titles and excerpts, calculator names and blurbs, and the descriptions of the static pages — so a phrase like "buffer pH" lands on both the guide that explains the method and the calculator that runs it.

How to search

Type one word or a short phrase and press Enter. Every word you type has to appear somewhere in the result, which keeps a query like "lime" on the pages that are actually about lime instead of returning the whole archive. Matching ignores case, so "CEC" and "cec" behave the same. Two or three words are usually the sweet spot: a single word casts a wide net, while a long sentence narrows things so far that nothing matches.

What to try

Start with a measurement — lime requirement, buffer pH, CEC, base saturation, gypsum, SAR or PPM to EC — and you will get the guide that explains it next to the calculator that computes it. Crop and plant queries work too: blueberries, hydrangeas, tomatoes or azaleas will pull the relevant plant pH material out of the guides and the plant database. Troubleshooting phrases such as nutrient lockout or aluminium toxicity work the same way.
